I don't know why but this is really very upsetting to me.  I feel so bad for her family.  It was such a silly little accident and it killed her.  It sort of hits close to home, I guess.  It reminds me why I need to wear a helmet all the time.  Even for a short ride.  You just never know...
Her family is in my thoughts and prayers.
