Yesterday

I was so nice outside yesterday! We nearly reached 60 degrees, which is unusual for Chicago in February! Of course I went to the barn and I was greeted with a VERY muddy horse! I groomed him as best I could but he was SLOPPY. I decided to throw on his bareback pad and go for a ride. I have never ridden bareback before so I was really nervous but we both did fine. I'll be doing a lot more of that...but MAN do my legs hurt!

Yey! Coop!! I hear ya in Indy, knock off all that frozen chill finally! It seems like MONTHS ago we had that big snow storm and its only been like less than a WEEK! ohhhh midwest :) We should totally meet up half way between Indy and Chicago this summer for a ride, thats my goal is to ride new places more often!
